CHURCH DRIVE

At Church drive we were instructed to undertake the mechanical package for a large domestic property. We were given architectural plans of the property to work with. From this point we designed and installed a plumbing and heating system to suit the requirements of the client.

 

This included installation of the following –

 

  • Underfloor floor heating to multiple areas of the property

  • Designer radiators to all remaining areas of the property

  • Design and installation of new boiler/plant room

  • Installation of sanitary equipment to 4x En-suites, 2x WC rooms,

  • Plumbing services to the Kitchen, Utility, Gym, Swimming pool, Steam room and much more all to the specification of the client.

THE RUSHES

CARTFORD, GARSTANG

The Rushes is our most recent project which we will be undertaking in 2021. We have previously worked with the clients on this project in the past.

 

We are taking over a new build in which the builders have completed a wind and watertight shell and from this point we are working with our client and architect to fully design this property internally from a complete blank canvas.

This will require us to project manage from start to finish and undertake all work using our own team and our chosen subcontractors. This will be an outstanding project so keep an eye for more updates.

WALPOLE AVENUE

Walpole Avenue was a job undertaken and fully project managed by ourselves. Plans were drawn up by our chosen architect and a planning application was submitted.

 

The outline of this job was to convert a small 3 bedroom dwelling into a medium sized 4 bedroom dwelling with open plan living.

 

The works undertaken were –

 

  • Removal of existing garage

  • Removal of the rear of the property and construction of a large rear extension for an open plan living and dining space.

  • Removal of the gable end of the property to install a staircase to a third floor and a dormer loft conversion to add the extra bedroom and en-suite shower room.

  • Installation of new roof

  • Electrics including a full rewire, new RCD mains board, lighting, switches & sockets throughout

  • Plumbing and heating services- 2x bathrooms, 1x WC, designer column radiators, underfloor heating to the ground floor, boiler and hot water cylinder

  • Kitchen installation

  • Plastering, tiling, decoration and joinery throughout.

DUCHY AVENUE

PRESTON

At Duchy Avenue we have been instructed to undertake the mechanical package for a large domestic property. We were given architectural plans of the property to work with.

From this point we designed and installed a plumbing and heating system to suit the requirements.

This included –

 

  • Supply and installation of a boiler and hot water service capable of producing high pressures of water with multiple use.

  • Underfloor floor heating throughout the property.

  • Design and installation of the bathrooms along with supplying sanitary equipment to 5x En-suites, 1x WC room

  • Plumbing services for the Kitchen, Utility, temperature controlled douche spray system and much more all to the specification of the client.

THE LEYLAND'S

LYTHAM

At The Leylands, Lytham, we are the main contractors.

This is a 3 storey town house located just off the promenade by The Lowther pavilion. This is a project that is being fully managed and all works undertaken by ourselves. We have put together a realistic schedule of works to ensure all work is completed on time to the highest of standards.

 

The full refurbishment works include -

 

  • Stripping out of and disposal of the existing kitchen, bathrooms, wall paper and all other existing redundant waste

  • Minor building alterations to create a more open plan living space to the middle floor

  • Electrical rewire

  • Plumbing and heating throughout, including underfloor floor heating to all floors

  • Joinery, plastering, flooring and decoration.

MARSH HOUSE

ST. ANNES

At Marsh House we are the main contractor and are fully project managing all construction work.

 

The works include the following –

 

  • Building works to remove the existing dividing wall and install a steel into the joist space for a seamless open plan living space

  • Concrete slab to be installed to outside, ready for outdoor porcelain

  • The new kitchen space and outdoor slab will be tiled in 1mx1m porcelain tiles.

  • Installation of new kitchen

  • Installation of new boiler, hot water cylinder and radiators throughout

  • Supply and installation of 4x bathrooms

  • Electrical work to the new kitchen space and a RCD mains board to be fitted.
